Responsibilities

Understand and support the sales processes and procedures used by the employer's sales teams

Enter and revise orders while submitting special billing requests

Collaborate with Account Executives to generate proposals and manage campaign tasks

Interface with clients regarding integrated campaign management and billing issues

Assist the sales team with the creation of sales materials and recaps

Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Technical proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A great attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn about media sales

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of media sales or a strong desire to learn more about it

Problem-solving skills within established procedures

Ability to work independently while adhering to prescribed guidelines

Close attention to detail and professionalism in collaboration
