What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Understand and support the sales processes and procedures used by the employer's sales teams
Enter and revise sales orders while submitting special billing requests
Collaborate with Account Executives to generate proposals and manage campaign tasks
Interface with clients regarding integrated campaign management and billing issues
Assist the sales team with the creation of sales materials and recaps
What is Required (Qualifications)
Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn about media sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in media sales or a strong desire to learn about the industry
Problem-solving skills within established procedures
Ability to work independently within prescribed guidelines
Flexibility and creativity in addressing challenges
Close attention to detail in all tasks
