Responsibilities
Understand and support the sales processes used by the employer's sales teams
Enter and revise sales orders and submit special billing requests
Collaborate with Account Executives to generate proposals and manage campaigns
Interface with clients regarding billing issues and integrated campaign management
Assist the sales team with the creation of sales materials and recaps
Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
Strong communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude
Understanding of media sales or a strong desire to learn about it
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in media sales or related fields
Exceptional problem‑solving skills within established procedures
Ability to work independently while adhering to guidelines
Attention to detail and professionalism in communication
Experience collaborating with colleagues at various levels
