Construction Superintendent
to
lead on-site project operations , ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specifications. The ideal candidate has
2–5 years of civil/structural concrete experience
and a proven track record managing crews and subcontractors in the field. What You’ll Do: Plan and coordinate daily project activities, materials, and equipment. Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety. Interpret blueprints and specifications to develop work plans. Monitor progress, costs, and compliance with safety standards. What You Bring: 2–5 years of
municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities
experience (required) Experience in water/wastewater, utilities, or process piping (preferred) 2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience Strong mechanical and blueprint reading skills Proficiency with Excel, Procore, and general construction technology
