We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Construction Superintendent
to oversee commercial, municipal, and industrial construction projects, with a strong focus on water and aquatic facility work. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who excels in field operations, team coordination, and delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations and field activities Supervise field crews, assign daily tasks, and manage work sequencing Enforce safety standards and mentor team members on best practices Maintain accurate daily reports, labor tracking, safety documentation, and material logs Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, engineers, and project management teams Develop and adjust schedules to prevent delays and resolve conflicts Ensure quality control and accountability across all on-site activities Represent the company professionally on the jobsite Qualifications
10+ years of construction supervisory experience Experience with municipal, water, or aquatic facility projects strongly preferred Strong understanding of industrial and municipal construction methods Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage documentation related to safety, labor, and compliance Crane Operator Certification preferred or willingness to obtain Salary Range:
