We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on water and wastewater treatment plant projects in the Austin area. This role focuses on safe, efficient execution of work while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and schedules.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day construction activities at water and wastewater treatment plants Coordinate and supervise field crews and subcontractors Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with project plans and specifications Monitor project schedules and assist with maintaining timelines Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients as needed Maintain site organization, quality control, and documentation Enforce safety policies and lead by example on site Qualifications
Prior superintendent experience on water and/or wastewater treatment plant projects Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and field operations Ability to lead crews and manage multiple trades
