The company is developing highly effective agricultural solutions for farmers and beekeepers that are targeted to specific pests and degrade quickly in the environment. Our pipeline includes products to protect honeybees and a range of fruits and vegetables. The GreenLight platform allows us to research, design, and manufacture across multiple product categories including insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides.
The role supports the sales and marketing team via providing technical expertise in areas such as conference attendance, conducting training presentations, creating localized sales visuals and tools, planning product demo trials and field days in support of the overall sales strategy and acting as trusted advisor to the bee keeping associations. It also investigates customer complaints.

Responsibilities
Maintain strong technical knowledge of technology impacting the business
Under the overall direction of the sales and marketing responsible, build and maintain strong working relationships with University Extension personnel and other important influencers in the territory such as the bee keeper associations to ensure they are adequately prepared to recommend our products upon launch and that our products are represented fairly in publications and in live field or industry events
Manage technical expense, service to sales dollars & product demo budget consistent & aligned with key commercial initiatives
Provide technical product training & give regional guidance on complaint handling and assist Sales in complaint calls where necessary for bee expertise, problem diagnosis, and input on resolution
Develop various training modules & take the lead in providing technical consulting & training to internal & external groups. Special attention needs to focus on new product launches & leading the technical transfer of information to sales teams & key customer groups
Assist and support the sales team with production of sales tools such as newsletters, recommendation sheets and other sales collateral material
Assist the sales and marketing team with new product development proposals, applying technical expertise to the identified needs and pain-points of commercial and hobby bee-keepers
Requirements
University degree in a bee-relevant scientific field
Extensive scientific and hands on experience with bee keeping and honey production
3-5 years minimum relevant work experience, preferably from both private as well as public institutions
Experience of public speaking and conference presentations
International experience and fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or other European languages a plus
Must be able to be at HQ in Seville at least one week per month
Salary Salary Range: 80,000-90,000 Euro
