Our client is looking for a temporary Invoicing Specialist. They need someone to start immediately. The company has a positive and supportive culture. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $24 to $25 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Manage traffic invoices.
Handle invoices related to truckers, shipping lines, and broker services.
Ensure rate accuracy and meticulous input.
Follow up on charges as per contractual agreements.
Code invoices into the ledger system.
Scan relevant documents into the system (ERP SAP).
Qualifications:
Associate/Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Industry experience in logistics is highly preferred.
Familiarity with trucking operations and invoicing practices.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while interacting with diverse personalities (truckers).
Pay attention to detail, especially regarding truckers' billing practices.
Strong communication skills to effectively address discrepancies.
Comfortable working in a desk-based role.
