Our client is looking for a Sr Superintendent to lead large scale $100M+ mixed-use, office, or hospitality projects across Atlanta. No travel required, all work in Atlanta historically and far into the future.

Description
Oversee daily operations and management of $100M+ construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to minimize project disruptions. Mentor and guide construction teams to achieve project goals successfully. A successful Senior Superintendent should have: Proven experience managing large-scale property construction projects. Experience working on office, mixed-use, or hospitality construction projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
