Vaco is currently seeking 2 temporary Data Entry Clerks to support operations by accurately entering, tracking, and maintaining material movement and finished goods records in the system. This role ensures inventory, shipping, and receiving documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. What You'll Do
Enter purchase order receipts and material transactions into the ERP system Process container transfers and material movements between locations Maintain shipping documentation and accurate shipment records Update inventory for receipts, transfers, and adjustments Monitor daily material movements and shipment activity Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports Track outstanding receipts and follow up with accounting Review and process material and finished goods variances Coordinate with internal teams on material and shipping questions Assist accounting with receipt reconciliation and variance resolution Provide clerical support to warehouse operations and verify data accuracy What We\'re Looking For
High School Diploma 1-2 years of clerical experience in manufacturing or distribution Strong data entry skills with high accuracy Preferred Skills
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and concepts Notes
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual\'s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company\'s 401(k) retirement plan.
