Overview
The IT Executive provides day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and office IT equipment. This role is suitable for candidates with basic IT knowledge who are eager to learn and grow in an IT support environment. Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to users (hardware, software, email, network issues) Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees (IT access, equipment setup) Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups Maintain IT inventory and asset records Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors Assist with IT projects and system upgrades when required Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of:
Windows OS / Microsoft Office Basic networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) Hardware troubleshooting
Good problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to learn and take guidance Ability to work independently and as part of a team
