About Magic Apple Technology Magic Apple Technology provides modern hosted voice and communications solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We work closely with MSPs and IT service providers who want to deliver best-in-class voice without building it in-house. As we continue to grow, our channel program is a key driver of revenue, relationships, and long-term scale.

Role Overview We are seeking a Channel Manager to own, grow, and monetize our referral partner ecosystem—primarily MSPs and smaller IT companies. This role is a high-accountability, individual contributor position focused on driving measurable revenue through partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new MSP and IT referral partners

Drive consistent referral activity from existing partners

Reactivate dormant or underperforming partners

Build and manage a partner pipeline that directly contributes to company revenue

Maintain ongoing partner engagement and enablement

Attend partner meetings, networking events, and City Current events

Track and report partner activity using ConnectWise Manage

Operate with EOS-based metrics and quarterly priorities

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

Increased partner-sourced revenue

Consistent flow of qualified referrals

Growing roster of active MSP partners

Clear ROI from the role within year one

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has channel management or B2B sales experience, preferably working with MSPs or IT service providers. They are self-motivated, metrics-driven, and comfortable owning revenue targets.
