Responsibilities

Review, research and evaluate customer/firm issues. Handle complex service-related problems in a timely manner. Work within SRM guidelines to respond to cases. Work directly with Focus Firms on projects, initiatives, errors, and escalations. Attend and facilitate in-person and virtual firm meetings and conferences. Facilitate change within Corebridge and the firm to improve and streamline business. Proactive communication of changes/issues. Responsible for Firm and OMR scorecards; share results and opportunities for improvement; ensure departments adhere to firm rules. Build relationships with focus firms, business units, intercompany service departments, Strategic Accounts, Internal/External Wholesalers and Financial Advisors. Facilitate exception reviews. Develop resolution recommendations. What We Are Looking For

5+ years combined experience with annuities and/or relationship management. Knowledge of fixed, indexed and variable products and processes. Strong negotiation skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal skills with high energy level. Proven track record of problem solving. Passionate about customer service. Attention to detail, accuracy and quality. Ability to work with senior management across business lines without supervision. Strong team player. Enjoys fast-paced environment. Attendance and performance must be in good standing. Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000.00 to $100,000.00 [Woodland Hills, CA, Jersey City, NJ] at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will depend on multiple factors, including geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus under the applicable incentive plan. Corebridge also offers a range of competitive benefits as part of the total compensation package.
