Position Summary The Marketing Operations Representative is responsible for supporting the marketing team by handling operational tasks, managing marketing deliverables, and ensuring accurate communication and execution across multiple stakeholders. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage requests and data effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels for marketing deliverables on the company's website platform.
Facilitate cross-functional communications to ensure accurate and timely completion of marketing requests.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets from system-generated reports to analyze data and forecast business needs.
Review exhibit opportunities and marketing requests to ensure completeness of required information and documentation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve gaps and route requests for processing.
Maintain subject matter expertise on digital and operational marketing platforms.
Support onsite marketing operations at the Irvine campus, Monday-Friday.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or marketing operations.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to execute responsibilities to a high standard.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvements.
Intermediate Excel skills, including formula creation and data analysis.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to visualize, create, and edit Adobe PDF documents (preferred).
Ability to work in a team environment with inter-departmental teams, HCPs, and external vendors.
Knowledge of company policies, brand standards, and industry regulations, including AdvaMed code of ethics.
Commitment to environmental, health, and safety rules.
Education & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
Knowledge of the medical device industry preferred.
