Key Responsibilities
Maintain professional relationships with customers and service affiliates
Provide updates and resolve inquiries via phone and email
Serve as liaison between customers and vendors
Manage dispatch and prioritize service calls
Request and submit repair proposals
Follow up on inspections for reports and invoices
Review work orders and daily assignments
Verify documentation accuracy, including NTE amounts
Complete pricing and mark‑ups before submission to Accounts Receivable
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience with work order systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus)
Associate\'s degree OR 1+ year in customer service or related work
Ability to interpret business processes and basic technical documents
Ability to sit, type, communicate professionally, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
