Responsibilities
Lead a team of Start-up Specialists to promote the utilization of Medtronic's Hugo™ Robotic Assisted Surgery Systems in hospitals
Engage with clinical leaders and hospital executives to develop and expand Hospital Robotics Programs
Structure and develop presentations, action plans, and proposals based on best clinical practices
Attend meetings with hospital clients to discuss robotics programs and achieve high system utilization
Travel frequently to meet with team members, clients, and other colleagues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience in technical, clinical, or hospital commercial work
Proven leadership experience managing teams or projects within a technical, clinical, or hospital environment
Valid driver's license required for travel within the assigned territory
Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record of leading negotiations
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree (MBA, MA Ed, MA, or PhD)
Expertise in surgery, particularly in open, minimally invasive, and robotic-assisted techniques
A leadership style focused on facilitating team success and employee development
Modern computer literacy and solid digital skills
Proficiency in English and one or more additional languages relevant to the geographical location
