Responsibilities
Lead a team of Start-up Specialists in utilizing Robotic Assisted Surgery Systems across assigned hospitals Engage with clinical leaders and hospital executives to expand the use of robotic surgery technology Structure and develop presentations and action plans to promote best clinical practices Attend meetings with hospital clients to discuss robotics programs and system utilization Travel frequently to meet with team members, clients, and colleagues while maintaining close alignment with management
Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant experience in technical, clinical, or hospital commercial work Proven leadership experience in managing teams or projects within a technical, clinical, or hospital environment Valid drivers license for travel within the assigned territory Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record Ability to express ideas clearly and engage in thoughtful discussions
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree (MBA, MA Ed, MA, or PhD) Expertise in open, minimally invasive, and robotic-assisted surgery Passion for clinical best practices and improving patient access to robotic surgery Modern computer literacy and solid digital skills Proficiency in English and one or more additional languages relevant to the geographic area
