Responsibilities
Lead a team of Start-up Specialists responsible for deploying robotic-assisted surgical solutions in hospitals
Engage with clinical leaders and hospital executives to develop and promote hospital robotics programs
Structure and develop presentations and action plans for best clinical practices
Travel frequently to meet with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Collaborate with other leaders within the organization to ensure alignment and success
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience in technical, clinical, or hospital commercial work
Proven leadership experience in a technical, clinical, or hospital environment
Experience leading negotiations successfully
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
Strong communication skills in English and potentially other languages relevant to the region
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree (MBA, MA Ed, MA, or PhD)
Expertise in open, minimally invasive, and robotic-assisted surgery
Leadership style focused on team development and success
Passion for clinical best practices and improving access to robotic-assisted surgery
Modern computer literacy and solid digital skills
