Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain talent to foster a culture of performance through coaching and strategic guidance
Build and implement a District Sales business plan and forecast to meet or exceed sales quotas
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies based on market insights and competition
Promote and sell minimally invasive therapies products to meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of medical device sales and leadership experience, or a relevant advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory
Proven ability to manage P&L budgets and make strategic spending decisions
Strong talent management skills to ensure team performance and development
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of medical sales/marketing experience, with at least 3 years of experience at the employer
At least 3 years of experience in direct management of employees
Successful completion of a leadership development program, such as Emerging Leaders Development
Strong business acumen and knowledge of energy and surgical devices markets
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
