Collaborate with product designers across multiple teams to support active projects through pair design, iteration, and refinement Create high-fidelity mockups, production-ready screens, and design assets in Figma Ensure designs align with the employer's design system, visual language, and interaction patterns Design interactive prototypes to communicate flows, behaviors, and micro-interactions Contribute to design reviews by tightening visuals and elevating overall quality Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a design or UX program, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual craft and interaction design Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, and polish Expertise in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, and prototyping Solid foundation in interaction design and user-centered thinking Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive about improving quality Preferred Qualifications
