What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with Account Executives and Partner Account Managers to execute pre‑sales activities, including demonstrations and technical presentations
Lead technical and product sales, guiding customers on utilizing the employer's APIs
Establish trust with customers’ senior leadership by understanding technical challenges and presenting innovative solutions
Build and present engaging product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the employer's communications products
Mentor less experienced Presales Engineers and contribute to the broader Presales Engineering community
What is Required (Qualifications)
12+ years of pre‑sales experience with complex technical products or related customer‑facing experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ROI effectively
Strong understanding of customer communication needs to guide them to technical solutions
Previous experience with software development and working knowledge of backend and web development technologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms and previous experience in Telecom or related fields
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience managing strategic accounts, particularly in the public sector
Background in Social Impact, Healthcare, or Public Sector verticals
Demonstrated personal interest in the social impact sector
