
Job Description
Pay Range: $34.39hr - $39.39hr The Training Specialist III is responsible for coordinating and delivering workforce learning initiatives from needs assessment through implementation and evaluation. This role supports corporate workforce development programs by designing, developing, and facilitating effective training solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences. The individual collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure high-quality learning outcomes aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities
Coordinate learning curriculum delivery from needs assessment through concept, pilot, implementation, and evaluation. Provide administrative and operational support for corporate workforce development initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, leadership, managers, and subject matter experts to support workforce development needs. Schedule training courses and coordinate with internal and external vendors and instructors. Support instructors and participants during course delivery. Provide detailed operational and logistical support for training functions. Analyze course effectiveness using observations and participant feedback and recommend improvements. Develop blended learning solutions using eLearning and multimedia authoring tools. Prepare, organize, and edit course materials in compliance with corporate and security standards. Promote training offerings to ensure sufficient participant enrollment. Operate classroom and virtual learning technologies to support instructor-led and online training. Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training processes and efficiency. Edit and update courseware and remain current with training industry best practices and technology trends. Collaborate with vendors, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders. Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams. Train and mentor others on training processes and procedures as required. Conduct needs assessments, job and task analyses, and facilitate focus groups with subject matter experts. Design and develop training materials including presentations, job aids, user guides, eLearning modules, and instructor-led courses. Translate complex technical documentation into clear training content for diverse audiences. Manage multiple training projects including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources. Provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder expectations. Troubleshoot and resolve training-related issues and barriers. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirement/Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, business, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five years of experience designing and developing systems or technical training materials. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail. Demonstrated experience applying instructional design and adult learning methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SnagIt, and at least one eLearning development tool. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently in a dynamic and changing environment. Strong organizational skills and team-oriented mindset. Skills
