Description Veriforce® is a recognized leader in delivering comprehensive, integrated supply chain risk management solutions that help bring workers home safely and optimize business performance. The company’s SaaS safety and compliance platform, data integrity and verification practices, and standardized safety training programs empower leading organizations to drive safety and compliance into their supply chains and down to the worker level. As the world’s largest supply chain risk management network, Veriforce partners with over 3,200 hiring companies in over 130 countries, serving more than 80,000 contractors, over 7,000 authorized instructors and evaluators, and millions of individual workers. This network makes Veriforce the preferred partner for companies that strive to ensure a safe, qualified third‑party workforce. Company offices are in the U.S., Canada, South Africa, the U.K., and Australia.
The Product Manager, CPro Innovation – Client Segment owns strategy, roadmap, and performance of the experiences in our future state platform (CPro) for client organizations that engage with our platform to reduce risk in their contracted workforce, demonstrate regulatory compliance, or obtain third‑party credentials to improve business viability.
In our network business model, the Client mandate and utilization of our platform grows the value driver of contractor participation, thus increasing the pool of vetted and qualified contractors for client selection and contractor subscriptions. This role must balance innovation leading to the product north star, a multitude of risk categories impacting our clients’ operations dependent on industries, regions and market trends, and competitor evolution— with a long‑term roadmap that introduces innovations, features and benefits aligned to client‑led success. Regional adaptation, compliance sensitivity, and localized language and feature requirements remain essential to this role’s success.

Partner with the Product Manager – Integration on strategy and execution for the integration of other CM products
Roadmap Development & Execution
Drive a roadmap that reflects value‑generating features to enhance client user experience and mandate of the program
Collaborate with regional GTM teams to prioritize deliverables to support sales goals and client retention through competitor differentiation
Translate the product north star strategy into execution
Collaborate cross‑functionally leveraging shared UX, API, configuration, and QA capabilities
Ensure features meet varying international standards (e.g., compliance, language, audit trails) without compromising product cohesion
Customer & Market Insight
Represent the client perspective across buyer and administrative users, from onboarding through renewal
Gather insight through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and analytics across territories to identify opportunities for both compliance enablement and deeper value creation
Collaborate with Product Intelligence to track regional competitor offerings, market shifts, and user preferences
Identify and prioritize roadmap opportunities that deliver value to Clients, such as data visualizations, network visibility, forms, or marketplace
Cross‑Functional & Commercial Partnership
Align closely with regional Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure roadmap investments support go‑to‑market success
Collaborate on regional pricing, packaging, and onboarding approaches to optimize conversion and long‑term value
Enable GTM teams with region‑specific messaging, demo flows, and product positioning
