We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator works with the marketing and sales team to raise brand awareness and drive sales for PromptCare, and develops and executes plans to accomplish these goals. This includes helping strategize and implement marketing, branding and advertising plans. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or Communications
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing in the healthcare industry
Knowledge of various marketing tactics like social media, digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, website, etc.
Experience developing and executing marketing strategy and plans
Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and project management skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
Assist with marketing team operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across a variety of marketing activities and initiatives.
Work closely with sales and clinical teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote PromptCare’s services to providers and patients.
Execute external marketing strategy by setting objectives, planning, organizing, and publishing content. This includes production and dissemination of multi-channel content (digital, print, social media, video, website, etc.).
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and outcomes.
Own and manage PromptCare’s Marketing Fulfillment Program
Work with outside agencies to plan, manage, and complete outsourced marketing projects.
