JR-40104504Como Trade Marketing Coordinator, serás responsable de liderar la estrategia Go to Market de Goodyear en alineación con el Plan de Ventas del negocio. Este rol impulsa el desarrollo de nuevos clientes en todos los canales y garantiza el crecimiento y fortalecimiento de las cuentas actuales. También brinda soporte a los equipos “Product Business Unit” (PBU) en la ejecución de iniciativas de expansión comercial, incluyendo la identificación y cobertura de espacios en blanco y áreas sin presencia actual en Perú.**Lo que harás*** Creación y ejecución de campañas de generación de demanda.* Analizar y definir modelos alternativos de *Go to Market* para impulsar ventas incrementales.* Fortalecer la lealtad de los clientes actuales mediante programas específicos.* Implementar actividades promocionales en el punto de venta y desarrollar iniciativas que refuercen la marca Goodyear.* Dar seguimiento al *Sell In* y *Sell Out* para apoyar el crecimiento de clientes mediante acciones de marketing.* Capacitar a distribuidores y al personal interno sobre ventas y portafolio, y acompañar visitas en provincias para evaluar el desempeño de dealers y detectar oportunidades de crecimiento.**Lo que estamos buscando:*** Más de 5 años de experiencia en Marketing, Ventas y Desarrollo de Negocio.* Egresado o Bachiller en Administración, Economía o Marketing.* Maestría deseable, idealmente con especialización comprobable en Marketing y Ventas.**Lo que te hará destacar:*** Fuerte orientación al logro de resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.* Capacidad de ejecución ágil, priorizando eficiencia y calidad.* Excelente comunicación interpersonal para influir y conectar efectivamente con distintos públicos.* Proactividad y entusiasmo para asumir nuevos desafíos y adaptarse a entornos cambiantes.* Habilidad para motivar, colaborar y trabajar en equipo, apoyada por una sólida gestión de procesos y manejo de KPI’s.**Detalles Adicionales:*** Disponibilidad para reubicación: No* Horario típico: 8:00 a. m. – 5:00 p. m. 100% Presencial* Requerimiento de viaje: 25%#LI-AV1Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
