Description

This position is ideal for experienced field marketing professionals to join the Marketing team as an Associate Field Marketing Manager, responsible for driving local market engagement and supporting provider growth initiatives. Partnering with sales, professional marketing, communication and creative teams, you’ll deliver practice-level marketing strategies, education, and tools that strengthen patient acquisition and conversion as well as support execution of local marketing events. This role is remote and covers East Coast/Southeast local DMAs with up to 30% travel. The Associate Field Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Field & Practice Marketing.

Responsibilities

Equip practices with brand essentials, onboarding toolkits, and playbooks to strengthen patient acquisition and conversion.

Deliver practice marketing training, in-person workshops, and virtual sessions covering:

Social media best practices (organic and paid)

Digital content creation and editing tools

Leveraging promotional opportunities, in-practice merchandising solutions and co-branded materials

Educate providers on using Align’s Practice Marketing Hub and Canva-like tools to create compliant, co-branded content

Collaborate with sales leadership to identify regional focus areas and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with targeted practices

Unlock and manage unique regional promotions tailored to market needs

Partner with the consumer marketing team and agencies to execute local consumer events

Manage co-op marketing programs and plug-and-play merchandising initiatives for eligible providers

Identify and assess local market trends, practice initiatives, and patient needs to inform marketing strategies

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with Sales to align marketing with growth opportunities

Collaborate with Consumer marketing to leverage campaigns for patient conversion

Coordinate with Creative and Brand teams to ensure materials are compliant and on-brand

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Experience: 4+ years in field marketing, trade marketing, or channel marketing, preferably in healthcare, dental, or consumer goods

Skills: Strong understanding of consumer marketing tactics, digital and in-practice marketing; proficiency with social content creation/editing and presentation platforms

Communication: Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage internal teams and external providers

Teamwork: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

KPIs: Case volume growth in supported local practices; adoption rate of marketing toolkits and campaigns; measurable JBP outcomes; provider engagement and satisfaction

Pay Transparency If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are those Align reasonably expects to set for the posted position. Actual placement depends on individual skills and experience, plus total compensation and equity. For locations outside the primary location, base salary will be adjusted geographically. Field Sales roles may list base pay only and may include incentive plans. Cost of living adjustments may apply.
