This position is perfect for someone who’s equal parts wordsmith and strategist. A creative thinker who knows how to turn messaging into marketing that actually converts. You’ll collaborate to help shape brand voice, develop campaign concepts, write across all channels with a strong preference for someone who understands sales-driven marketing. If you love storytelling, headlines, and making people feel something while still moving them to action, this position is for you. What You’ll Do
Write compelling, conversion-driven copy across multiple platforms including: Websites + landing pages Brand messaging + positioning Email campaigns + nurture sequences Social media content + paid ads Blogs + thought leadership content Scripts (video, reels, podcasts, promos) Sales collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, brochures, etc.) Build content strategies that align with business goals (not just “posting to post”) Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account leads to bring campaigns to life Translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging that audiences actually understand Maintain brand voice consistency across channels and deliverables Help develop content calendars, messaging frameworks, and campaign themes What We’re Looking For
A natural storyteller with a sharp creative edge Fun, collaborative, and easy to work with Comfortable writing for both brand-building and sales-driving content Organized, responsive, and deadline-aware Confident presenting copy direction and explaining your thinking You Have
3+ years of professional copywriting and/or content strategy experience Strong experience writing for sales and marketing campaigns A portfolio that shows range: short-form, long-form, and conversion copy The ability to write in multiple tones and brand voices Bonus Points If You Have: Experience writing for financial services, wealth management, insurance, or fintech Experience creating sales enablement content or writing for high-trust industries Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization Experience writing scripts for video/social content
