8:30-5:30 Responsibilities
Provide executive and personal support to the executive, ensuring smooth operations and effective management of professional and personal priorities. Act as a trusted partner, managing competing priorities with discretion, precision, and sound judgment. Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, and building management to maintain a professional environment. Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for the CEO and senior leadership team. Support research initiatives, conference registrations, and corporate access usage for the research team. Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist with onboarding new hires, coordinating equipment, access, and logistics. Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining PowerPoint presentations with exceptional accuracy. Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and building management to ensure seamless functionality. Handle personal administrative tasks for the CEO with confidentiality and professionalism. Identify and implement efficient processes related to office operations and administrative support. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field. 6+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant in finance or a fast-paced professional environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills being an advantage. Highly tech-savvy, capable of leveraging technology to improve efficiency. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Ability to anticipate needs, plan ahead, and provide solutions proactively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
