Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its premier Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice, working from its New York office. Remote and hybrid arrangements may be considered. Responsibilities
Provide ERISA-based qualified plans counseling (including 401(k), 403(b), Cash Balance, Defined Benefit, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans, and ESOPs). Support M&A activity and executive compensation engagements, and/or ERISA Title I experience in the context of investment funds and/or structured finance as applicable. Qualifications
3-6 years of experience with ERISA. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Ability to work well on a team. Qualified candidates should include their resume, writing sample, and a copy of their law school transcript with their application. Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is $260,000 - $390,000. Salary determinations are made based on factors including experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
