
divh2Business Development Representative/h2pThe Business Development Representative builds relationships, generates and cultivates business leads and sets onsite appointments for outside sales team. Responsible for achieving quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis./ph3What Youll Be Doing/h3p/polliTasked with a diverse mix of both cold outreach and responding to warm leads via phone, emailing, social media, etc. Warm is defined as a prospect who has responded to a marketing campaign./liliCultivates net new prospects and builds pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts (identify targets, prepare for prospecting, prospecting, handoff to sales)./liliEngages with mid sized to large businesses and relevant roles (C-Level)./liliAssists sales counterpart by delivering qualifying leads and cultivating new prospects to enable them to achieve the companys revenue objectives./liliAchieves daily, weekly, monthly scorecard metrics such as calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals./liliConducts market research to be followed up by the Territory Managers in the field./liliContinuously learns our applications/value proposition/differentiation in order to enhance conversations./liliResponsible for entering data into our customer relationship management software./li/olh3What Youll Likely Bring/h3p/pulliExcellent phone voice, manner, written, and verbal communications skills required/liliAbility to field questions from prospects and customers about the company, products, services, implementation/liliLeadership experience and a desire to move into future leadership roles/liliPreferred telephone sales experience, or solution selling experience in the software industry/liliPrior experience cultivating and managing existing leads in a sales pipeline through preliminary sales stages is a plus/liliInvolvement in attaining quota goals and a proven track record is preferred/li/ulh3What Will Set You Apart/h3p/pulliBachelors degree preferred/liliBachelors degree in business management, marketing preferred/lili1 year or more of customer service, call center or inside sales experience/lili1 year or more of experience in related industry (manufacturing, distribution, retail, lumber, auto)/liliKnowledge of marketing and sales/li/ulh3About Epicor/h3pAt Epicor, were truly a team.
