divh2Business Development Representative/h2pAs a Business Development Representative, you will build relationships, generate and cultivate business leads, and set onsite appointments for the outside sales team. You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas while driving pipeline growth through proactive outreach and engagement./ppWhat you will be doing:/pulliEngage in a mix of cold outreach and warm lead follow-up via phone, email, and social media, with warm defined as prospects responding to marketing campaigns/liliCultivate net-new prospects and build pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts, including identifying targets, preparing for outreach, and handing off qualified leads to sales/liliInteract with mid-sized to large businesses and C-level roles to uncover opportunities/liliAssist sales counterparts by delivering qualified leads and cultivating new prospects to help achieve revenue objectives/liliAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly scorecard metrics such as scheduled calls, completed calls, qualified opportunities, and deals/liliConduct market research to support Territory Managers and continuously learn Epicors applications, value propositions, and differentiators to enhance conversations/liliEnter and maintain accurate data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system/li/ulpWhat you will likely bring:/pulliBachelors degree preferred, ideally in business management or marketing/lili1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or inside sales/lili1+ year of experience in related industries such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, lumber, or automotive/liliKnowledge of marketing and sales processes/li/ulpWhat could set you apart:/pulliExcellent phone presence, written, and verbal communication skills/liliAbility to answer prospect and customer questions about company products, services, and implementation/liliLeadership potential and a desire to grow into future leadership roles/liliPreferred experience in telephone sales or solution selling within the software industry/liliPrior experience managing leads through preliminary sales stages and involvement in achieving quota goals is a plus/li/ulpJoin us at Epicor, where your success is our success.
