This inside sales role is ideal for someone who understands the value of recurring service, knows how to build trust with clients, and wants to grow with an industry leader in fire protection and life safety systems./ppHeres what you can expect:/pulliWork with customers to build long-standing relationships/liliCollaborate with other departments, such as Operations, to ensure the customer receives our unique service experience/liliBe the customers advocate and main point of contactdirecting them to the right team members when needed/liliReview past inspection reports to identify service needs and build accurate quotes/liliPerform administrative duties such as preparing proposals, sending contract renewals, and completing required forms/li/ulpThis will account for about 70% of your time. The remaining 30% will be spent out in the fieldmeeting customers face-to-face, building rapport, and surveying life safety equipment to help you effectively quote and sell service contracts./ppWhile technical experience with sprinkler systems is helpful, heres what it takes to succeed in this role:/pulliSome formal sales experience is requiredexperience selling a service (vs. a product) is a plus/liliYou must be eager to learn Fire Protection Systemswell train you, but you need to be committed to the learning curve/liliStrong computer skills are a mustproficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required/liliFamiliarity with Hubspot, and/or ServiceTrade is a plus (but not required)/liliYou must be a people personbuilding strong customer relationships is at the core of this role/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)/liliExperience in sales support, customer service, or administration/liliProficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills/liliExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities/liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a team/li/ulpWhat we offer:/pulliSalary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role/liliPurpose and results-driven work environment (work smarter, not harder)/liliWe dress for the objective which means most days we wear jeans but occasionally we wear suits.
