This is a BDC-style role focused on vehicle acquisition, not retail vehicle sales./ppThis position plays a key role in growing used vehicle inventory and improving lead efficiency. The Vehicle Acquisition BDC Specialist is expected to deliver a professional, transparent customer experience while using CRM and lead management tools to track, follow up, and convert buying leads. Ongoing training is provided on systems, call handling, and buying workflow./ppDuties and Responsibilities:/pulliRespond promptly to inbound calls, texts, and internet leads from customers looking to sell or trade their vehicle/liliEngage customers to gather vehicle details including VIN, mileage, condition, ownership, and payoff information/liliSet and confirm appraisal appointments for the used car buying team/liliConduct consistent follow-up on active and aged buying leads to maximize acquisition opportunities/liliMaintain accurate lead notes, statuses, and appointment details in the CRM/liliAdhere to structured outreach cadence and response time expectations/liliPartner with used car management and buying associates to improve lead conversion and efficiency/liliMeet or exceed performance goals tied to appointments set and vehicles acquired/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum 1 year of BDC, call center, or sales-focused experience/liliExperience handling high-volume inbound calls and digital leads/liliAbility to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment/liliStrong communication skills, both written and verbal/liliComfortable discussing vehicle condition, basic valuation topics, and appointment setting/liliAll applicants must be authorized to work in the USA/liliAll applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license/liliPreferred Qualifications:/liulliPrevious automotive BDC or eSales experience/liliExperience working vehicle buying leads (KBB ICO, CarGurus, trade-in or acquisition-focused leads)/liliBi-lingual/li/ul/ulh3Additional Information/h3pCompensation (Hourly + Commission): $15.00 - 17.00 / hour/ppSchedule: FULL TIME/pulli5 days a week / 2 days off/liliSaturday availability required/liliSundays off/li/ulpPerks
