Business Development:/pulliDevelop and grow sales within a defined territory through prospecting, referrals, and existing customer relationships/liliIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate machinery, equipment, and service solutions/liliPrepare and present quotes, proposals, and pricing; negotiate terms and close sales/liliConduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers/liliMeet or exceed established sales targets/li/ulpCustomer Relationship Management:/pulliBuild long-term relationships with customers by providing responsive, consultative support/liliCoordinate with internal service and technical teams to ensure smooth installations and customer satisfaction/liliMaintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems/li/ulpProduct
Market Knowledge:/pulliDevelop a strong understanding of the Companys equipment, parts, service offerings, and support capabilities/liliStay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive products/liliRepresent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pRequired:/pulli2+ years of relevant sales experience (industrial equipment, machinery, or technical products preferred)/liliStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills/liliSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a sales territory independently/liliValid drivers license and willingness to travel locally or regionally/li/ulpPreferred:/pulliExperience selling capital equipment or industrial machinery/liliTechnical aptitude or background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments/liliFamiliarity with CRM systems and standard sales reporting tools/li/ul/div
