This position must research potential customers, connect with and educate prospects on our product offerings and qualify the leads before passing them to the sales sales team. The primary focus will be to turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on program and inbound lead generation campaigns. The individual in this role will be expected to track all relevant information regarding qualification and lead management activity in Salesforce.com and Salesloft./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliIdentify and qualify prospective customers who are a good fit for KnowBe4s range of products and services (including Egress)/liliDevelop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing generated leads/liliDevelop and implement outbound prospecting to engage prospective buyers/liliRespond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries/liliCollaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach/liliDevelop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts/liliTrack all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com/liliEnsure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce.com and Salesloft/liliProvide in depth information to the Regional sales teams to enable the most qualified and productive demos/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliBachelors degree or relevant experience/liliFamiliarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field a plus/liliExperience with Gmail and Google Docs/liliExperience with MS Office/liliProven Leadership abilities/liliOrganizational project management experience/liliExcellent verbal and written communications/liliGood computer skills/liliFriendly phone voice/liliPleasantly persistent as it can take multiple tries to reach a prospect/liliAbility to leave a message and sound interested/liliMust be highly organized and results-oriented/li/ulpThe compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 - $80,000 including base, bonuses and commissions./ppWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment./ppIndividuals seeking employment at KnowBe4 are considered without prejudice to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
