Its about providing clarity and hope./ppThe Neurology Account Executive is responsible for growing current business and targeting and securing profitable new business by building relationships, opening new business, and driving new sales growth in diagnostics. The Neurology Account Executive has call point ownership of certain accounts. Quest Diagnostics offers innovative tests for Alzheimers disease, spinal muscular atrophy, and other neuromuscular and developmental disorders./ppThis is a field-based sales position covering the Pacific Northwest./ppThe compensation is $150,000-175,000. This includes a base salary and sales incentive. There is the potential to make higher, as the sales incentive is uncapped at Quest Diagnostics. Base salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. existing accounts/liliIncrease discretionary business through insurance access/liliPartner with and notify physician account manager on complex issues or when face-to-face or extensive service is required/liliProvide immediate support for less complex issues/liliLeverage all tools and resources (including data, sales portal, target lists; marketing department, laboratory resources, and regional or national resources as needed)/liliMaintain a breadth of knowledge of all connectivity/liliPrepare and present proposals and bids/liliEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulations/liliComplete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly/lili25% - 50% travel/liliSpecialist practices (Neurology) as well as PCPs/liliHospital specialist practices/li/olh2Qualifications/h2p/pulliRequired Work Experience: Three or more years of sales experience in selling business to business with a history of documented sales success./liliPrior responsibility for closing new business and expanding existing relationships/liliPrefer experience in healthcare, laboratory, and/or diagnostics sales selling to medical professionals (Neurology)/liliAbility to develop and sustain strong customer relationships; strong planning and organizational skills/liliExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills/liliSolid PC skill including Microsoft software./liliHunter mentality a must!/liliEducation: Bachelors degree (required)/li/ulh2About the Team/h2pQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
