Digital Strategy is a senior leader of the site responsible for the development and execution of the organizations strategies, goals and objectives. This role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the site project portfolio, process excellence program and digital transformation, ensuring consistency with business strategy, commitments and company goals. This includes defining, identifying and securing internal and external resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver according to plans./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliDrive the overall Digital Transformation by deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem/liliPartner with the Consumer Health Supply Chain and appropriate councils, to identify key emerging digital initiatives, prioritize digital innovation pipeline of opportunities and drive overall achievement of digital capabilities and roadmap/liliIn coordination with the sites Project Management Office (PMO), optimize the entire portfolio to improve costs of resources and maximize benefits while maturing digital capabilities/liliMaintain high quality and safety compliance standards, while planning and executing the project portfolio/liliDrive associated governance processes to enable continuous improvement, product insourcing and new product introductions (NPIs)/liliFacilitate the Process Excellence Program to enable growth, improve systems, waste elimination and employee engagement by applying Process Excellence tools within the KOE framework/liliAct as an internal consultant, influencing decision making and proactively developing solutions to uncover business opportunities and actionable insights driving end-to-end business KPIs/liliSupport daily business operations and functions as the site Subject Matter Expert for digital, problem solving and innovation/liliUnder administrative direction, support organizational design and implementation of the processes. Manage the implementation of major organizational effectiveness initiatives to increase leadership and organizational capacity/liliLead crisis management situations and function as the Site Leader in his/her absence/liliRepresent the Fort Washington Site and champion the Supply Chain Excellence Program. Facilitate Fort Washington Leadership Team (FWLT) meetings. Ensure adherence to FWLT standard work. Facilitate Operational Reviews and Network Strategy meetings. Maintains site capacity models/liliRepresent the Fort Washington Site with the Pennsylvania Manufacturing Association as well as with Government affairs/liliRepresent Fort Washington in Regional and Global Governances/li/ulpWhat we are looking for:/ppRequired Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in sciences or engineering; Masters degree or other advanced degree is preferred/liliMinimum ten (10) years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in an OTC or Pharma regulated environment is required/liliExperience and working knowledge of Project Management tools/liliMust have proven leadership with significant experience in demonstrating effective influence of senior management/liliProven record of leading teams in delivering results/liliBusiness and financial acumen/liliProven record in leading organizational design and development/liliStrong strategic mind, outstanding critical thinking, influencing and interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are required/liliDirector QA, MST, Operations experience is preferred/liliExcellent oral and written communication skills./li/ulpDesired Qualifications:/pulliKnowledgeable in statistics, good manufacturing practices and pharmaceutical industry applicable regulations/liliAdvanced research capabilities, problem solving, excellent organizational abilities and project management; ability to maintain confidentiality/liliStrong data visualization and analytical skills including statistical tool knowledge/liliStrong financial acumen at both plant/business level and department budgetary level/liliStrong communication (written, verbal, presentation) ability from floor level operations up to senior VP levels; can demonstrate excellent visualization
story telling skills/liliAbility to facilitate discussions and workshops at multiple organizational levels/liliDemonstrated passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas; embraces change/liliPMP or a Project Management Certification is highly desirable; demonstrated enterprise-wide knowledge and experience leading cross-functional teams/liliBlack Belt or Green Belt Certification is highly preferred; Six-Sigma and/or Lean certification preferred/li/ulpWhats in it for you:/ppAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $183,175.00 - $258,600.00.
