This role owns the full sales cyclefrom market mapping and prospecting through discovery, solution development, proposal delivery, negotiation, and contract signature. Youll partner with operations, culinary, clinical, and finance teams to craft compelling solutions that improve resident experience, drive outcomes, and create measurable value for senior living and senior care providers. Ideal candidate must reside in one of the following states: Washington, Idaho, Arizona, California or Oregon. This is a remote opportunity with expected travel up to 50-60%./ph2What Youll Do/h2olliResearch prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to./liliInvestigate and analyze new business opportunities; develop and maintain positive business relationships with potential clients; builds both internal and external networks./liliExamine client needs to maximize business and/or solutions for business concerns; perform cost-benefits and needs analysis./liliDevelop and implement the business plan, budget and forecasts to achieve sales, market share, hit rate and market growth targets to attain overall financial goals./liliLead the development of sales presentations, proposals, and assist in the development of contractual sales documents/liliResearch growth strategies and competitor practices and strategies to evaluate and implement new strategies/li/olh2What We Offer/h2pCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidates education level or years of relevant experience.
