divh2Sr. Account Director/h2pAs a member of Cushman Wakefields Portfolio Advisory Group, the Sr. Account Director will be dedicated to one or more of Cushman Wakefields most dynamic client accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with peers and the account team to support a clients strategic real estate vision. As the Sr. Account Director, you will maintain a thorough understanding of a clients global real estate portfolio and oversee optimization efforts, including the ongoing management of a comprehensive Plan of Record. With support from complimentary account team members, you will oversee financial cost saving initiatives and progress towards clients enterprise goals. This position provides leadership and management across all aspects of the accounts including, but not limited to:/pulliService Delivery Standards Excellence/liliClient Experience Relationship Management/liliTalent Management and Team Development/liliFinancial Performance (including PL, contract expansion / renewals etc.)/liliExpanding Share of Wallet/liliAccount Risk Management/li/ulpEssential functions and responsibilities:/pulliManage the financial and contract performance outcome of one or more account teams./liliMaintain a thorough understanding of the clients business goals and strategies to align real estate services to contribute to these objectives/liliEstablish and implement the overall vision, strategy and performance metrics to the applicable service lines/liliDevelop and maintain strong client relationships/liliImplement and manage account governance process/liliProvide disciplined contract management to meet superior delivery of all contract deliverables/liliContribute to GOS Management team to develop service delivery strategies, structure service delivery model, alternative pricing, identify team members and lead multi-disciplinary team preparing responses to RFPs and presentations/liliHave a thorough understanding of the CW platform and identify existing and new opportunities for enhancing service solutions and capabilities/liliOversee risk mitigation and dispute resolution for client and CW/liliLead and actively manage account talent in partnership with HR, including promotion of diversity inclusion, talent reviews, performance reviews, succession planning etc./liliAttract and maintain top talent and provide on-going mentoring to team for superior performance/liliDrive collaboration and performance of all partners including Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal, GCI etc./liliResponsible for revenue generation, account PL management, profitability and overall financial performance/liliContribute to the overall service and financial performance of CW through effective cross-selling and relationship / contract expansion/liliEnsure quantitative and qualitative analytics and evidenced-based decision making/li/ulpTransaction Management Job Duties:/pulliOversee transaction service delivery/liliCoordinate and manage transaction teams/liliOversee/manage field broker selection process/liliDetermine clients needs and communicate project parameters/liliOversee negotiations and management of transactions/liliCollaborate with portfolio administration team to help ensure data accuracy/liliCoordinate legal review of all client leased/owned documents/liliEnsure accuracy of financial data and reporting/liliResolve landlord/tenant disputes/liliCoordinate client site visits/market tours/liliEnsure all state real estate standards are met/liliOversee budgeting and revenue tracking of all transactions/liliManage client rebate account/li/ulpKey competencies:/pulliLeadership/liliCustomer Relationship Management/liliTechnical Skills Organization Design Management Skills/liliCommunication (oral and written)/liliFinancial Management Matrix Organization / Business Partner Skills/liliPresentation Skills/liliBusiness Acumen/liliStrategic Planning/li/ulpImportant experience:/pulliMinimum of 10 years at Senior Management level or other similar capacity/liliExperience in directly leading and managing multi-discipline teams/liliClient, PL and contract management experience/liliExperience with high-level, complex transaction management including experience in contract management/compliance/li/ulpAdditional eligibility qualifications:/pulliPossess technical domain knowledge (one or more in IFM, PDS, TM, LA, SCON)/liliSkilled in financial analysis and knowledge of financial concepts/liliAbility to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents/liliStrong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)/liliAbility to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents, such as a lease, purchase sale agreement, sublease agreement, SNDA, estoppel, assignment agreement, etc./liliExperience in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and/or ESRI is a great value-add but not required./li/ulpCushman Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidates experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
