Its about providing clarity and hope./ppThe Dermatology Account Executive is responsible for closing new business in the specialized testing market. The Dermatology Account Executive has call point ownership of large specialty physician practices and specialty clinics (Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry). The specialist teams work in close cooperation with physician and hospital account executives to support the collaborative selling model./ppThis is a field-based sales role./ph3Responsibilities/h3pDrive sales through pre-call planning, post-call analysis and consistent follow-up/ppTarget and secure new business/ppProvide overall support and expertise to new
existing accounts/ppIncrease discretionary business through insurance access/ppProvide immediate support for less complex issues/ppLeverage all tools and resources (including data, sales portal, target lists; Marketing Department, Laboratory resources, and regional or national resources as needed)/ppMaintain a breadth of knowledge of all connectivity products/ppPrepare and present proposals and bids/ppEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulations/ppComplete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly/ppMaintain knowledge of dermatology and melanoma market and Quest offerings/ppWork collaboratively with the DermPath labs to communicate customer and market trends/needs/ppBuild relationships with the DermPath pathologists for customer engagement and communication/ppProvide MIPS solutions to customers/ppDrive growth through robust pipelining/ppSolution development for TC PC work in dermatology setting/ppWork collaboratively with the oncology account executive team/ppRecord all sales activities in SFDC/ph3Qualifications/h3pstrongRequired Work Experience:/strong/ppStrong medical/scientific background and contemporary understanding of both genetics and molecular diagnostics testing/ppFive years of experience in laboratory, healthcare, or diagnostic sales./ppDermatology Health sales or marketing experience preferred./ppstrongHunter mentality a must!/strong/ppstrongKnowledge:/strong/ppKnowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business./ppstrongSkills:/strong/ppStrong planning
