Its about providing clarity and hope./ppThe Womens Health Account Executive is responsible for closing new business in the specialized testing market. This includes owning the call point on OB/GYNs, fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinology, perinatology, maternal fetal medicine groups, and hospitals. The Womens Health AE will maintain an ongoing relationship with key decision-makers to ensure successful execution of the agreement and continue to seek opportunities that strengthen the Quest Diagnostics relationship with these customers./ppThis is a field-based role covering Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDrive sales in assigned districts through up selling of existing accounts, new lead generation, referrals and establishing relationships with prospective Womens Health customers/liliTarget and close new specialty testing opportunities/liliResponsible for working directly with assigned Account Executives in the assigned district./liliMaintain a breadth of knowledge of all connectivity products/liliPrepare and present proposals and bids/liliEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulations/liliComplete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly/liliProvide subject matter expertise for associated Womens Health specialty testing/liliMaintain and pursue knowledge in associated specialist testing area/liliProvide immediate support for less complex issues/liliPartner with and notify Hospital or Physician Account Manager of complex issues or when full-touch service is required./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongRequired Work Experience:/strong/pulliThree or more years of sales experience in selling business to business with a history of documented sales success./liliPrior responsibility for closing new business and expanding existing relationships/liliPrefer experience in healthcare, laboratory and/or diagnostics sales selling to medical professionals/liliWomens Health call point experience highly preferred/liliHunter mentality a must!/li/ulpstrongKnowledge:/strong/pulliKnowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business./liliStrong medical/scientific background and contemporary understanding of both genetics and molecular diagnostics testing./li/ulpstrongSkills:/strong/pulliAbility to develop and sustain strong customer relationships; strong planning and organizational skills/liliExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills/liliSolid PC skill including Microsoft Software./li/ulpstrongEducation:/strong/pulliBachelors Degree (Required)/li/ulh3About the Team/h3pQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
