
Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail‑driven professional to support a wide range of contribution, billing, and participant benefit activities for a major entertainment industry organization. This role blends financial reconciliation, participant support, document review, and cross‑department coordination. Responsibilities include reviewing deal memos, payroll history, contribution reports, and supporting documents to identify discrepancies, unpaid contributions, and potential billings; importing deal memos into internal systems; generating invoices for outstanding or delinquent contributions; and following up with producers, payroll services, and participants regarding disputed or overdue items. The position also involves verifying covered compensation by requesting and reviewing proof‑of‑work documents such as pay stubs, timecards, W‑2s, 1099s, bank statements, and payroll registers. You will prepare contribution reports, delinquency adjustments, payment input sheets, and ensure accurate allocation of collected payments. In addition, you will serve as a primary point of contact for participants seeking information about retirement benefits, accrued pension value, death benefits, withdrawal options, and plan rules. This includes answering calls, scheduling meetings with Pension Administrators, drafting written correspondence, reviewing benefit applications for completeness, reconciling reports and 1099‑R forms, preparing documents for scanning, and coordinating with internal teams to determine how contribution adjustments impact pension benefits. The role requires consistent accuracy, strong follow‑through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and math abilities, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential, along with the ability to proofread for grammar and data accuracy. Candidates must be highly organized, able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The role requires strong reasoning skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the professionalism to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. Regular, reliable attendance and the ability to accept direction and developmental guidance from supervisors are critical.
