
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the Records Room.
• Maintain records management systems including:
• Interwoven File Creation
• RFID File Tagging and Programming
• File Retrieval and Re-Shelving
• Manage and maintain databases to ensure accurate documentation and storage.
• Troubleshoot and recommend process improvements to meet client timelines.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and records management strategies.
• Comply with business protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices.
• Communicate with departments regarding record creation, revision, review, retrieval, and archiving.
• Generate records management reports.
• Assist in training and orienting staff on records management procedures.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
Requirements • Professional demeanor: personable, articulate, and knowledgeable. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Patience, tact, and diplomacy in handling complaints. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks. • Enthusiastic customer service approach. • Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently. • Ability to stand, bend, and stretch routinely.
Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office setting, specifically in a file or records clerk role. • Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic. • Experience in client service-oriented roles preferred. • Willingness and ability to acquire new skills.
