Compensation: $140K - $190K depending on experience
Location: Center City, MN (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Human Resources Business Partner.
Our client is a mission-driven leader in behavioral health. This organization blends science, compassion, and lived experience to support individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health conditions.
You will play a key strategic role in shaping people strategy, supporting organizational transformation, and driving a positive workplace culture. This position acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing talent initiatives and ensuring the organization has the workforce capabilities needed for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business goals and support organizational transformation. Lead change management efforts that improve adoption, minimize disruption, and enhance performance. Use workforce analytics and forecasting to support workforce planning and identify talent risks. Guide leaders through succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential identification. Support inclusive hiring practices and onboarding programs that improve integration and engagement. Promote a culture of belonging by analyzing engagement data and facilitating leadership development. Ensure compliance with employment laws and partner on risk mitigation efforts. Uphold safety, confidentiality, and organizational standards.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field-or equivalent experience. 6-9 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Background in recruiting, training & development, change management, and employee relations. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. Preferred Qualifications
SPHR/PHR certification. Experience in organizational development, talent management, or leadership development.
