These services will include employment planning, training selection, job shadowing, job placement, job seeking skills training, job coaching, and job follow-up services. This individual will know the employers in the communities and be able to communicate with them about the consumers as prospective employees.

-Job coaching by learning a job a consumer has been hired to do, teaching the consumer, making any adjustments needed due to a disability or visual impairment for work task success.
-Recommends environmental and/or job modifications, accommodations related to individual work tasks, using the latest and most beneficial technology and will ensure client training in operation of technology.
- Direct and regular contact with community and business leaders in developing work experience and job placement opportunities in assignment.
- Work directly and primarily with the Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor assigned to the area.
