What You Will Enjoy:

Your Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with both customers and carriers, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Continuously build a robust pipeline to ensure consistent growth
Manage accounts effectively, setting them up for success
Negotiate competitive rates and manage contracts with customers and carriers
Coordinate shipments efficiently
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) established by leadership
What We Are Looking For:
Driven, experienced, and relationship-focused individuals who possess:
2-5+ years of end-to-end freight brokerage experience
No prior non-compete agreements
Demonstrated success generating $300K/month+ in revenue with gross margins of $30K/month+
Proven track record in sales and relationship-building
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
History of exceeding sales targets
Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation
Ability to cultivate and maintain customer and carrier relationships
