Corporate Paralegal
to join its in-house legal team. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys supporting sophisticated corporate legal work within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters Draft, review, and manage corporate governance documents (board materials, resolutions, entity management) Assist with contract administration, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining agreements Manage regulatory filings and compliance-related documentation Coordinate with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, and business teams Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a corporate or in-house paralegal Strong background in corporate governance and entity management Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Compensation & Work Setup
Pay rate: $28–$35/hour (dependent on experience) Remote role with a strong preference for candidates located in Virginia (VA) Duration: 12 months Benefit offerings available to our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
