Donor Relations Coordinator , you will be the "front line" of our growth, focusing on the individual and small-business supporters who make our mission possible. You will ensure every contributor feels a deep, personal connection to our work in transforming veteran careers. What You'll Do (Impact: 3–5 Hours/Week) You will work within the
Growth & Development Committee
to cultivate a healthy pipeline of foundational supporters. Lead Generation & Prospect Research:
Proactively identify potential donor leads, focusing on community-minded individuals and small businesses with a history of supporting veterans. Initial Outreach & Cultivation:
Conduct personalized outreach to introduce VPMMA's mission and impact to "Alliance Heroes". Stewardship & Appreciation:
Ensure donors receive timely, personalized "Thank You" messages and impact updates to foster long-term loyalty and transparency. Activity Tracking:
Log all prospect research and outreach efforts in our CRM (Flowlu) to maintain a clear record of the development pipeline. Who You Are A Passionate Storyteller:
