— Lead the preparation for Board of Directors meetings, synthesizing departmental data and ensuring briefing materials with precision.
Accountability Management
— Drive organizational momentum by capturing critical action items in executive meetings and proactively following up with Director-level leaders to meet deadlines.
Executive Intelligence
— Compile accurate monthly reports and trends for the Director of Operations to improve program outcomes.
Brand Voice
— Act as a primary contact, drafting nuanced communications and managing high-stakes email flows that reflect the executive's voice and priorities.
