
Ring and Blink, two of Amazon's leading home‑security brands, are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role you will manage all aspects of the sales strategy and execution for both product portfolios with key retail partners.
Fluency in German required.
Key Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans for Ring and Blink’s top retail accounts in the DACH region, building strong, strategic relationships with senior buying teams.
Manage the full lifecycle of key account relationships, including joint business planning, forecasting, sales execution, merchandising, trade marketing, and product introduction.
Coordinate and optimize the allocation of resources to drive maximum sales growth and profitability in the region.
Ensure both brands maintain sales and profit targets, closely managing expenses to stay within budget guidelines.
Maintain meticulous records of all pricing, sales data, gross profit, expenses, and activity reports for both brands.
Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to product teams to influence roadmap development and ensure alignment with local market needs.
Support regional channel marketing initiatives for both brands, including training, in‑store displays, promotions, and measuring retailer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop and implement local market strategies for new product launches and category expansions for Ring and Blink.

Basic Qualifications
Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large‑scale technology deal.
Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business.
